Had a very short phone screening, where the discussion quickly turned to pay. They said they can offer $17.50/hr, and could not offer any more because it would not be fair to the current employees.

Met with both managers. Interview was long and unnecessary for the pay rate. Pay is 18-19/hr and they interview like they are paying $30+/hr. It’s crazy long and unnecessary. At the 9th question, I lost interest in the position and didn’t even want to continue anymore.
