The process consisted of four stages: an initial resume screening, a phone screening, a technical round, and an HR round. Interview Experience: I felt the interview rounds went very well, and HR subsequently reached out to invite me to the office on a specific date. However, after that communication, the company completely stopped responding. Despite my follow-ups, I was completely ghosted. It felt highly unprofessional and gave the impression that the interview process was conducted more for company visibility or publicity than actual hiring.
