A written test is given first with some basic C/C++ or Java questions. That interview is then the basis for further talks ( an oral interview ) if you qualify for one. At first you are taken by a HR representative to an empty room and you have 1 hour ( or more , it depends ) to complete the written test.
If the review of your written test is satisfactory you then pass on to the oral interview where you will be asked more about the questions in the written test but the questions can deviate from there. There will be only strictly technical questions.
The final process is a talk with Doina Mazilu, the owner which is not that important but you must not mess that one up by saying something stupid or you will be rejected.
