The interview process began with an initial phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a technical assessment. After that, I had two rounds of panel interviews.one focused on technical skills and the other on culture fit and problem solving. Finally, there was a closing conversation with the hiring manager before the offer stage.

Entrevista
It was very smooth. You come in and they sit you down and talk to you about the job and how they like to run their business. After they show you a movie on how the warehouse should be ran. They will test you to see if you can remember the safety rules and regulations. After you take a picture for your ID and sign more paper work. After you release from the interview and they will all you in a few days of the Interview
