The recruitment process is a mess. I was interviewed by an internal recruiter named Arden, who explicitly told me at the end of our conversation that she was passing my resume to the hiring team and that they would schedule a technical interview with me.
Instead, she ghosted me completely for three weeks. When she finally responded, she gave the excuse of being "on vacation" and claimed the position was closed. To make it even more ridiculous, I received two conflicting automated emails at the same time: one saying the position was closed and another saying they decided to move forward with others. Meanwhile, the role is still being advertised on LinkedIn and their website.

Entrevista
By far the best interview experience that I had -
1. Recruiter screening - Good and constructive conversation about the role and what the candidate is looking for.
2. Hiring manager screening - Conversation about candidate's current role & responsibilities, challenges faced and expectation for the future role
3. Take home project - loved the details provided and the support in case of any questions.
4. Code review - walkthrough of the code, discussion around patterns used, what can be done better, testing etc.
5. Culture round - discussion with a team member
6. Senior manager round - discussion about candidate's expectations and overall outlook towards technology and the company
