I went through 4 steps : HR call, hiring manager interview, technical interview, final interview with a manager.
The technical interview was testing skills like coding but also IAM knowledge.

Entrevista
Several remote screening interviews and then a half day on site interview. They care as much about personality as they do your technical ability. They want good hearted people and take the culture they've built seriously as it's part of what has made the company so successful.

One of my interviewers asked me to work through my method of writing my own version of a few java methods on a white board. This threw me off at first because I had never put much thought into how some basic methods which we take for granted actually do what they do.
