Sainsbury’s approach me on Hired and call me for final interview after 4 months . They recently changed their interview process . The interview was totally opposite what I got in email and what I was expecting from the email that I have received from talent Acquisition. At the end of interview I was told that may be the job for which you are here may be no longer available but we are hiring for different post and you are fit for one we can consider you. They didn’t make me offer and the feedback wasn’t satisfied- you cannot judge book by its cover. Same happened with me. There were three parts - Automation Testing QA Exercise Cultural Only 2nd part was what they said in email rest was totally different.
