Applied online and was contacted with a week. Interviewed with A.V.P and HR and the job offer was made. I was then asked a series of questions in regards to my current job and what the position entails. I was told what the case planner position required and asked, "If I would be interested in the position" the interviewers were very direct and transparent. I was offered the position after I completed the SCR- State Clearance Registry and Drug screening.. which the whole process took about a month to five weeks before I actually started working.
