I went through two job interviews, waiting months between both to hear if I’d been selected for the next phase. I got a call a month after the second interview, after reaching out for weeks. They said they were changing the position and reposting, and I’d have to start the interview process over. Overall I wasted 4 months waiting to hear from them. They clearly don’t know what they want and don’t care about candidates’ times. Don’t waste your time or effort applying.
