One round of interview with technical manager and HR representative. I had a referral from an employee and I was invited for an interview for range of possible position within the engineering operation department. So the interview was to assess whether I could fit into one the role in the department rather than one specific position.

Esaustivi nei dubbi e nelle perplessità, propensione nel dialogo e nella ricerca delle motivazioni del candidato per la posizione applicata. Peccato che ho dovuto chiedere più di una volta la RAL prevista ed eventuali benefit: su questo aspetto HR non sembrava volersi sbilanciare.
