The first round was with the HR and Communications Manager. Then, the following week, I received a test, finished it, and sent it back, but received no feedback. I followed up with the HR Trainee, but there was no reply, and I thought I was ghosted. Finally, I received a reply six days later, stating that the hiring process was still ongoing and assuring me that I would receive a result by the end of the week. The day came, but I still didn't receive a reply. So, I was essentially ghosted!
