I was referred so I was able to have an in-person interview right away with the store manager. If you apply online the process might be different. The interview was about 30min total and was able to hear back within a week.

Entrevista
I applied during their national hiring event and it was fairly organized which I appreciated since there were a lot of applicants. I waited in the meeting room for about 30-40 minutes. While we waited to be called to executive office for the interview, an employee basically explained to us the pay structure, basic responsibilities which mostly applied to style advisors, goals, etc. I recommend bringing a copy of your resume!

The interviewer only asked me if I have any questions about the position and a little bit about my previous role and that was it. No behavioral or situational questions. It only took 5 minutes then I left. I got an offer the same day after the hiring event.

Not so great. They don’t really care if you’re qualified to the position. There’s nothing luxury about this place, don’t full yourself. Forever21 question indeed. Oh, and they never get back to you. It takes forever for they to reach out or call back.
