It went well, just asked about experience and skills I could bring if offered position. My interviewer was genuine and cared about being able to teach in this position while also doing the job it seemed.

Interview process was fine- typical questions were asked. They did a great job of explaining benefits, job duties, etc. Red flag- they wouldn’t send the offer in writing until I verbally accepted.

The recruiter contacted my to schedule a phone interview so I scheduled a interview with some app. Before the interview date, she changed interview time. It was only an hour later so okay to me. But at the day, she didn’t call me and changed interview time to next day without any notice before. Next day, at the scheduled time, she didn’t call me again, so I emailed her. she replied three hours later and said that she did call me but went to voice mail which have never happened to me before. So I rescheduled again and again to next available day. Finally today I got a call from her. but she just told me sorry and I am not qualified for job because of employment status reason randomly. I researched a lot about the company and practiced every time she changed the schedule and I couldn’t even answer any single question to her. I think she intentionally tried to avoid my interview for a week and she could’ve email me before the interview date about the qualification. Their recruiter is so rude and have no manner to people who are willing to work for them
