First had a phone call/zoom interview with 2 people. Next step was an in person interview with what seemed like every employee at their company. The in person interviews/tour of their company took about 2-3 hours. First interview was 3 people, next was about 10 employees in a panel interview, and lastly a 1 on 1 with the CEO of the company. Overall a sort of overwhelming amount of people to talk to, but was manageable, but was definitely a time consuming interview process. Was asked to give references a few days after the interviews, and then was ghosted with no further communication whatsoever. Even after they contacted my references that I know were good references, I did not even get a courtesy rejection email. Whole process took about a month from applying to them contacting my references.
