Very simple. I was referred by an employee. The employee told me a little about the business, I then asked her to book a meeting with the company director. A week later I had a meeting with the director where he thoroughly explained the business. He then booked a presentation for me to see, following that I started a 3-day training. once the training was completed, I did 6 training presentations.

STAY AWAY! Got the job through their own recruitment agency. I had two interviews around Ilford. Complete waste of time and money. They basically want to hire you in their own words) a 'confidential 2 month contract'. Its pretty much a pyramid scheme of some sort. A lot of people who attended the second interview like me, left after a few minutes of hearing their very suspicious offer and job description. Do yourself a favour and just don't. It won't make you any money, it will only affect you from finding a real job.
