The interview process was both creative and innovative. I appreciated the fact that the sales managers' approach to interviewing included getting to know my personality to see if it would be a good fit for the team. It showed that a great team and continuity is a high priority. I was also asked to give real solutions to problems and was invited to use specific examples where I was able to help give a solution on the job. The interview also included meeting the station managers which was more personal and I was able to get much more information about the station than I would have gotten if I was interviewed by someone I was going to be reporting to.
