The interview process was good. The HR team communicated every information clearly before the interview. The panel was well and the questions were up to date and very apt for the product support role

How will you troubleshoot if a customer couldn't login to the system after a new release of the product happened in 3 days?

It was fast process and results are also given early. My interview was of 2 day process. Since I was a fresher the question were also regarding my project and few scenarios.

Hiring involves 3 rounds of interview, once HR initial screening is done.
- Take home assessment ( Data analytics , Some customer scenario based Q"s. Very easy to clear.
- General F-F, tech round with TL and Manager. General introduction, Basic Sql based Q's, Customer handling scenarios might last for an hour approx.
- Final round with Hiring manager / CSM as per availability. General intro , behavior n cultural fit questions, Knowledge on Ticketing tools.. Very easy to clear.
PS: Basically they hire anyone who has basic communication and exp. Pay is also good.
But please do not tempt for their pay. Work conditions in Support team are worst. Ppl come n leave within a month. I'm one of those. I deeply regret of joining this firm in this role. In my 2 months tenure 5 guys left the team.
PLEASE THINK BEFORE ACCEPTING OFFER for Product Support role from this firm. And don't SUFFER at later point.
