Entrevista
1st interview was via Zoom with an HR person just to go over the resume and go over the companies information and answer any questions both ways. The 2nd interview was an in-person interview with the hiring manager, it was a normal process ask some work related questions and some personal questions. The 3rd interview was a culture interview to meet with a few people in the company to see if it would be a good fit.

Entrevista
I had a call with HR just to get a feel for the position and learn more. I asked about the salary range but was told that there was no information on the budget for this position and was instead asked to give my salary expectations. That was the first red flag. Next, I was asked to do a take home code assignment, which was around 3 hours. This was the second red flag. Overall, HR was pleasant to speak with, but the interview process seems very long (5 interviews total, which is longer than Google). Luckily, I landed a job at Google the following day so all good.

The process was disorganized and unprofessional. I had a good initial call with the CTO, but then had limited further communication without a reason as to why they would not continue further.
