Very casual process. They ask you to sell some random product to them, it was kind of awkward but done fairly quickly. Not a difficult job. Nice people to work with and liked my manager. Shipping was annoying, ours came in every Tuesday and had to sticker everything. Learning products was the most difficult thing.

The interview was very straightforward, I was asked to “sell a product” to the hiring manager, which I thought was fun. I got the job on the spot. I appreciated how open and welcoming the hiring manager was.
