Manager at that time was awesome. She was very patient and helpful and understood that I knew nothing about retail. She also was low key, but at the same time was very difficult to work with.

Got hired based on the fact that I knew the store manager from employment at a previous job. She pretty much told that she was going to hire me because she knew me which I thought was odd because you would think she would want to find out whether I'm capable of performing the essential job duties.
