Short n Sweet. You can just walk in, they desperately need more professional servers. They will ask you to work major holidays though. I mean, really who is open on Christmas Day.

Just go in-between lunch and dinner rush and tell them you applied online. They will ask you to wait for the front of house manager and you will conduct a short interview. Just smile and laugh
