Usually two interviews, one with a lower level manger and one with the GM. Asked many questions on experience and given a brief level of commitment expected working for Saltgrass. Training was a several week process. Then once you completed training you were ranked every two months to evaluate whether you are able to move up in the ranking which is needed if you want better tables, sections, shifts.
