Entrevista
I had 3 interviews. One on the phone, one with a supervisor, and one with op manager. Not ever one had 3 interviews, only because I haven't had a stable environment since 2012.
The interview process was pretty average. They made sure I could work certain shifts and be a member of a team. All of the questions were pretty basic and average.

It was good and low stressful process. First step, set up for quick call. They asked me about my background, my experiences with customer services. At the end, aske for the next round of interview in-person.

Asked about hypnotical question of the customer being hard customer and how would you handle it.
Nice ir was quite lengthy but the office was nice and the interviewer was kind. I had to wait a long time which i was discouraged all in all the prices were good enough to skip
