HR will call and make an appointment to see a Team Leader for your first interview. If you do well they will pass you onto a manager and then onto the General Manager for your final interview and a job offer. Waiting for someone to interview you may take an insane amount of time. Then they will ask you to come back later.

Entrevista
I was called in for an interview and went in the next day. I applied for Baker and packager. I arrived on time and then spoke with two department managers. I was approached about another position that was available. The interview was extremely short. I have 15 years experience in the bakery department and was never asked any questions about the position I was called in for. Worst interview ever. I will not be applying again with this company.

I was rejected even though I prepared for the interview really well and thought I would be qualified. It was online and we had to go through basic personality simulation tests.

Entrevista
Super easy and fast, but they take forever to call you back even after they tell you you're hired. So that's incredibly annoying, and don't bother trying to call the office to find anything out- no one answers the phone.
