Interviewed with team lead over cafe. Only interviewed with one person. Asked about what experience I had with preparing food and following recipes. How I learn new task.

Interviewed me at the actual cafe seating. Talked to me realistically about the job and how busy it would be. asked about experience and past trouble with customers. Asked about my availability.
It was honestly nice and simple. But you may have to walk in after applying online. Mine said interviewing online but I didn’t get any emails so I walked in
