Apply online and do the assessment test(also online) via the walmart/sam's club careers website not very difficult and the whole process takes about 20-30 mins, if screening goes well meet in person for an in-person interview.

You are "suppose" to have three separate interview each asking you questions all in one day. Later if you make it through the interview they will send you to some place to get a drug test and you pretty much have the job.

Very easy , got an email to schedule for interviews and they interviewed me with easy and simple questions. They were very nice and polite . Ask about about my work experience, about myself and availability

Easy and laid-back interview process. I felt comfortable and they were extremely open and answered all questions about the job. They were also helpful and patient when I was trying to figure out a different living situation while waiting to see if I accepted their offer.
