Interviewed with two supervisors. Both interviews were done in cafe area with customers present. Nothing was very personable. Just a meet and greet sit down. Very casual. Then taken to office for an official job offer.

Laid back easy going basically if I wanted the job I had it they were looking for nights weekends part time and for someone to just clean up at night not really what I was looking for

Very Good Process , I Applied to Sams and within a week I received a phone call immediately a week later. The interview took about 2 Hours, we did everything that day. We interviewed, did the background test and drug test all that day and I was giving an offer to Start. If A job wants to hire you they will and they will make sure you are hired.
