Very prompt response to my application. Person conducting interview was very kind and friendly; left a lot of time for questions and listened attentively to my answers. Provided good explanation of the position as well a providing a thorough understanding of the company culture, values and processes.

I had two interviews for this role. One was a phone call and the second one was a zoom call. The interview was very straightforward with mostly easy questions. The interviewer was very friendly and seemed engaged during the phone calls. I was very disappointed though with the way Samaritan chose to conduct the whole process. On my initial application I put down my salary requirements. I understand they are a non-profit so that is why I wanted to be upfront on what my financial needs were. They chose to interview me twice and offer me a role, not disclosing the salary amount until the end of the second interview. It was $20,000 less than what I was currently making. I understand if that is all they can offer, but it felt like a big waste of my time and somewhat disrespectful that they would put me through the process knowing I could not accept an offer like that.
