This company branded itself as a early crisis alerts provider, providing real-time crisis alerts that will help business save lives. But it's recruitment process is the exact opposite. Following the application I was invited to schedule for a screening call. After providing my availability on the same day, and with a following up message after receiving no feedback, I was simply ignored because the role was filled. I had to get a response from via unofficial channel. Unprofessional and did not respect candidates.

I was interviewed first quarter of 2023. First-stage interview was okay-ish but interviewer left quite a bad impression. He commented on my accent and said that there were many immigrants of my kind (mentions specific Asian nationality) in Canada. I felt the statement was quite haughty considering the interviewer himself was an immigrant -- albeit white (I know cos it's stated on his site). Was ghosted by the company. A rejection email would have been nice for a company that the interviewer touted as having such a great culture.
