Skype interview was a bit different. I have done all in person interviews in the past. Great interview but I didn't ask some questions that I should have on my end.

What was a difficult construction problem that you had to overcome? What did you learn from the situation?
The interview process was straight forward. Started with a call from HR. Then scheduled interview with VP. The call was via teams which I didn’t like and potentially hurt me. But questions were straightforward and interviewees respectful

Entrevista
Started with a short phone call with HR, That was a good experience. This was followed by a call with the hiring manager and RVP. This was also a good process but after that, there was no follow-up and no responses to email correspondence. ( Basically Ghosted)
