The interview process with Samsara was honestly such a great experience. From my first interaction with Jess (the recruiter) to meeting the hiring manager and my potential teammates, they were all warm and welcoming interactions. Jess was amazing at keeping me up to date on the process, answering all my questions and she NEVER left my hanging. If she said she was going to have an update to me by EOW, she made sure she did! The interview process was quick, seamless and not complicated at all. I conducted a presentation as part of my interview process and the hiring manager paid attention the entire time, asked questions and was genuinely interested in my presentation. The rest of the group that I interviewed with was super friendly and open about their roles, the position I was interviewing for and the company. I really enjoyed the interview process and I can’t wait to start working for the company!
