Many stages required, little organisation and engagement from the interviewees. Very unclear feedback at each stage and eventually ghosted without response despite having spent hours interviewing across several months.

Entrevista
Good and positive experience. Walking thru the process was very useful. Initial screening focus based on the experience one had. And feedback provided as a follow up. Enough time was provided to the candidate to answer the questions and ask any clarifications or follow up queries.

Entrevista
Extensive process involving many rounds - recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, take-home case, interview loop/panel with live case and behavioral, and then exec call. The exec I spoke with was not prepared for the interview and the call itself felt very disorganized. In my experience, the only interview that truly mattered was the exec call -- the rest of the rounds, case study, etc are a lot of time and effort for very little return, no matter how well you perform.
