Unfortunately, the recruiting process was a major letdown. My recruiter was unresponsive and disorganized throughout. I made it to the third round, but the recruiter missed our scheduled prep call and never followed up with the promised materials. Communication was slow, and the entire process dragged on for weeks without clear updates. It felt like my time wasn’t valued. The company seems to have a strong culture overall, which made this experience an odd one. The other people I met during the interviews were sharp and seemed passionate about their work.
