Completed multiple questionnaires/personality test just to figure out after the 3rd round that they had not even looked at my CV previously. I'm assuming they must have proceeded with my application because an applicant tracking software picked up words in my CV, but clearly, HR did not find my CV and professional background interesting enough. Disappointing and very unprofessional that they had kept proceeding with my application without a real person having looked into my CV before the 3rd round.
