I was contacted via LinkedIn by the Romanian HR Business Partner to set up an interview for a role they have opened. We set up a time and date but due to travelling that day back into the city and having delays that I was not able to foresee I had to cancel the meeting with a 6 hours notice and reschedule the meeting. The interviewer then stopped answering my phone calls and never returned any of my calls and she also didn't answer my emails, nor did her colleagues that were cc'ed. Very unprofessional, I cannot recommend this company to anyone if they are unable to understand a traffic delay due to external factors and they lack the flexibility to reschedule a meeting or the courtesy or answering phone calls or sending out a proper reply via official communication channels. They failed the first impression test miserably!
