Waited for 10 minutes before interview start, met the algorithm team leader, very long interview (around two hours total). Only theoretical and algorithmic questions, no code writing. Nothing else to add

Two (challenging) technical interviews and one HR interview straight out of the 90's I'm with 20+ years of experience, was asked about my hobbies in high school, what did I learn in high school, what kind of trip I did post my army service. Where am I from and where I grew up (where are my parents from ??!?). I felt 22 again and as if we never learned about biases in recruitment...
