The entire process went very fast. I met my direct manager, that were in Israel in that period of time (he is located in US). He came ready after he read my LinkedIn profile. It was very opened discussion with full explanation of position itself, place in the SNEXT. Right after discussion I received call from recruiter, that arranged for me 3 more calls with different stakeholders from the team I was target to. During all the time I were updated on process in very transparent and opened way.
