Clear and structured? Yes. Fair and considerate? Not quite. They still runs offline tests that drained my pocket and felt outdated. It’s 2025, time to upgrade. Online, cost-effective testing would improve fairness, accessibility, and actually respect candidates instead of making them pay for the process
