There is a mandatory presentation which is friendly and that is used to evaluate the candidate major accomplishment. The technical interview is 4-5 hours long and normally can be passed if the candidate is prepared.

Moved reasonably fast from interview to offer. Good HR dealings and company culture demonstrated. On offer provided very good quality goodies and swag.
