Spent over 6hours interviewing, over 8hours on 2 case study presentations that received an "exceeds expectation" feedback on the spot only to get a super lowball verbal offer well below Bay Area MRR median for the position and years of experience. Upon asking for more favorable offer was lectured on "unreasonable expectations" and ghosted by the recruiter and HM. I should have anticipated that given the negative feedback about org culture on blind.
