Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela San Diego Gas & Electric (Sacramento, CA) em nov. de 2019
Entrevista
SDGE came to give a presentation to the engineering students on campus and collected resumes afterwards, so make sure you have a polished resume ready. From these resumes, they selected individuals to be interviewed the next day. The on campus interview was all behavioral questions. Seemed like they were really trying to get to know me, but felt a bit awkward.

Entrevista
The first round interview consisted of behavioral and situational questions which lasted about 30 - 45 minutes. I was interviewed by two people, a HR representative and a lead engineer. After the interview they will follow up by sending an email containing information on how to apply for the position as well as instructions on how to complete a behavioral test. After a few weeks they will respond with information about the second interview which will take place at San Diego Gas and Electric. The second interview consists of technical questions.

Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 3 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa San Diego Gas & Electric (New York, NY).
Entrevista
Applied through school and was contacted to set up an on campus interview. The interview was with an engineer and an HR person. It was about 30 minutes and they asked typical behavioral questions and no technical questions. I passed the on campus interview and was flown out to San Diego for second round interviews. Had 7 30 minutes back to back interviews with directors and managers from different departments. One of them takes you to lunch and interviews you. Most were trying to get to know you and see if you fit into the company culture. I thought it went well but they did not get back to me.
