Mailed in my application. I got called about 4 weeks later for a phone interview a week later. They asked me several questions such as what is a dev. Disability? What is case management? What does SDRC do? Where do you see yourself in five years? Right after they decided to set up my in person interview. It was less than 5 days later. The in person interview began with a 30-minute written questionnaire with only two questions which were on case management scenarios. Then it began with a panel interview with three staff. They were all very friendly and made me feel at ease. They each took turns asking questions. There were about 12 different questions. They let me know that if they were interested in me they would contact me within 3 days and if not they would send a letter letting me know that I have not been selected. it was a very calm environment. I was called back 5 days later and was told that they had decided to hire me. They gave me all of the information so that I could begin the physical test and TB test.

Thorough but fair. The interview was a panel of three different supervisors from three different departments of the agency who each asked you about ten questions and took notes as you answered and allowed time for you to ask questions of them at the end.
