The interview process was pretty good, there were no issues with the questions. The standard sells questions and trying to get to know you questions. The issue lies in the fake interview process, truthfully, they clearly hire a certain type of person if you check the sells staff. I believe there is 1 or 2 people of color on the sales team, not sure if they still work there but the rest of the staff looks like a frat. If you are POC, dont even bother applying to any roles unless you directly know somebody. You can 6-7 years of related experience and have a great interview their looking for people similar to them.
