The interview is really fast and efficient. First you will be going through the regular HR, then hiring manager, then depending on the position the Department Lead. A week or two you should be getting an offer.
Easy and very straight forward. The interviewer is looking for someone who is incline on joining the Company rather than someone who just want to earn more. The interviewer is also love to talk more about the applicant's intrapersonal and interpersonal qualities rather than the technical skills.
