Quick interview with the department leader who asked basic questions. She started off by saying the process takes about two weeks because it’ll take her a while to make a decision. If I hear back, I got the job. If I don’t hear back, I obviously didn’t. She said the job doesn’t require any critical thinking- that’s the dept leader’s responsibility.
