First interview was by phone,took about an hr. Basic get to know you go over resume and the basics about yourself, just to prequalify you for the an in person interview. In person interview was setup at the end of the call. 2nd interview in person with HR. Gave me a tour, more interview questions like, best boss, worse boss, why on each. Best sale, worst sale, a mistake you learned from. That lasted about an hr or so, then a manager came in by herself for the 2nd part. Basically same questions again. That was on Wednesday she said I'd hear back either way by Monday for 3rd interview.
