Submit bid for position. Will be selected for interview, maybe a second interview. After selection, will go to a orientation that will explain the remaining sequence of events. Will be sent an offer, and after acceptance will report to work.

There was not a specific question that was difficult. But the questions were more related to situational experiences and how you would handle these situations. They were timed, so if you went down the wrong track, you lost time in giving the most informative information required.
