I was invited to meet with a recruiter after a career fair.
It was a behavioral and exploratory interview--very relaxed environment. We met for a total of 60 minutes 1v1. The interviewer was straightforward.

- Tell me about a time when your priorities changed significantly. What did you do?
- Tell me about a time when you were working on a team and team members weren’t getting along. What did you do about it?
- Tell me about a time when you had to explain a complex/technical concept to an audience unfamiliar with the domain.
They specifically told me it was called a "career discussion" instead of an interview, but they asked me a lot of the typical interview questions. The interviewers were very friendly.
