Pool Campus Recruitment
The online tests were held in the college itself. The test had both technical and aptitude. Aptitude was okay neither hard nor easy. Technical part was quite tough, some questions were GATE level. After the test, the result for shortlisted candidates were out 3 months later.
Since the recruitment was pool campus, there were around the 19 - 20 colleges having around 200 students in total.
First round - Group Discussion
Group of 20 students was formed for GD (mixed from each college, group is made by HR ). GD had fairly easy topics almost similar for all groups and only 5-6 students were selected from each group. In total only 50 students were selected for the interviews.
2nd Round - HR Interview
Basic HR questions, most questions come out of your CV only. So do make sure to put only relevant things in your CV.
3rd Round - Technical 1 Interview
Technical round was good. Questions from every subject related to your field will be asked. Since my trade was mechanical, so questions from ED, Fluid Mechanics and Machinery, IC Engine, Thermodynamics. More focus was given on fluid mechanics and machinery as majority questions were on Bernoulli, continuity equation, Navier Stokes. The question keep on getting tougher and tougher as you progress. But if you have good amount of knowledge about basics you can crack it.
4th Round - Technical 2 Interview
Technical 2 interview was taken by R&D head and thus was a tough one. Your core subject would be asked and questions on that would be framed for you. Your deep knowledge is tested and practical situations are given where you have to apply your theoretical skills into practical use.

First of all Good day!
I applied for technical sales engineer post at Sanmar group at my college campus.
The interview process include following
1. Online test
2. GD
3. HR 1
4. Technical Round
5. HR2+ Technical Round
Online test is moderately tough after that GD is easy to crack you need only one point to clear it after HR 1 is very easy they gather your information after that Technical round 1 is average they asked questions which on based on CV the final round is HR+Technical it's a mixed round which is comparatively hard. They asked about favorite subject and some technical question all process is happen in a single day.

Entrevista
Pretty basic interview regarding manufacturing processes and communication skills. Helpful to be familiar with ME concepts and good in English. They were friendly but pay was very low. The training during is 1 year in Tamil Nadu after which you can relocate but work requires frequent travel
