Straightforward online application followed by one in-person interview. Basic behavioral questions, nothing out of ordinary. Was interviewed by a really generous lady. no problems or hiccups. Don't remember how long process took but it was for sure less than a month

Met with one of the members of HR, basically ran over what customer service is. Went over the rules like proper grooming and appearance, facial piercings and tattoos must be covered, there flexibility with students, and how hours may differ after park is fully operational. Interview was very easy.
